Adam Avil
Adam Avil (born 30 June 1970) is an Indian rock artist and the lead guitarist, founder, songwriter and lead vocalist of the Indian rock band Pralay.〔http://www.bluefrog.co.in/events/early-set-adam-avil〕 The band, formed in the early 1990s was previously called Greek; its members included: Adam's younger brother Eddie Avil, Luke Kenny, Joy Dattagupta, Ulysses Veyra, Brian Soans and Victor D'souza. The band was active for a decade. ==Career== They had a short tour in Almaty, Kazakhstan in 1997 and gave a performance on the local channel TAN TV, signed with Sonic Wave, their debut album ''Urban Reality'' was shortlisted for the 2003 Grammys in the world music category. The Anurag Kashyap movie ''Paanch'' was loosely based on the chemistry between the band members.
